Pinnacle Adult Care is wonderful alternative for adults who are 18 years or older and unable to function independently, but do not require 24 hour institutional care.  Pinnacle offers a very cost-effective program that allows families and individuals to maintain a normal daily schedule.  Our program provides a wonderful environment by offering skilled congenial nursing and an array of daily activities in a pleasant social setting.

Qualifications: 

1) Must be 18 years or older

2) Have physical, mental, and/or social impairments

3) Require assistance with personal care and/or medical condition
